Incorrect size selected by the customer
All items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging
Issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof
All returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent without approval will not be accepted
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
All approved returns must be sent to our UK warehouse address (shared after approval)
